Bio

Jennifer Clark earned both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the Food and Resource Economics Department at the University of Florida (UF) after spending time involved in Research and Development within the private industry. Ms. Clark currently teaches several courses at UF, both in online and in-person format, focusing on agricultural economics and data analysis in agriculture. Research interests include online-education pedagogy, decision models, aquaculture investments, agricultural cooperatives, and risk management strategies for small farmers. She is currently completing the requirements for a PhD degree in Agricultural Operations Management at UF.
