Great for people that, like me, does not have a management background but maybe end up dealing with this type of position. Good guidelines, simple but complete and using understandable examples.

This course is very useful for management fraternity whether they are practitioners or academicians

Ok types course. Content appears to be outdated. World has moved on and I was expecting better subject content.

For such a dynamic topics such as Negotiation, Marketing, Management and Planning - lecturers should have more blood in their veins.
Please, take this into consideration next time. The last couple of courses have almost drained me listening to monotone voices and poor explanations.
