Whether the fund rate is large or small,
it most likely to require a variety of attachments.
The project's evaluation plan,
your organization structure or administration,
your finances, and other supporting materials.
The requirements defer significantly,
but there are more or less popular ones.
Cover letter is on the top of the chat that is what accompanies
your grants proposal and includes the most basic information about you and the project.
As a rule, cover letters have the following obligatory points: The organization's name,
it's tax status, the year of foundation,

and the summary of the project or your grant request in two or three sentences.

If they are in dissonance with this one, follow those directions.
Other typical attachments are if they're
not stated into a narrative budget details are usually
attached either as a budget summary or budget detail or budget narrative or both.
Up-to-date financial statement is also included.
You should attach a copy of
the grant applicant organization's most recent financial statement,
well it's expenses revenue in balance sheet.
Letters of commitment are of utmost importance.
A letter of commitment comes from a partner organization and states that
the partner is committed to providing leverage and
assets to your grant funded program when it's funded.
Partner organizations can commit to providing cash, facilities,
technical assistance, equipment, supplies and materials or loans tough.
Ask for letters of commitment from your affiliates early in the writing process.
Another document is annual report,
it includes an annual report in the form a brochure,
a booklet or some newsletter.
You should also be required to submit
one page summaries or complete resumes of key program personnel.
If your organization has Memorandums of Agreement,
or Memorandums of Understanding signed by partner or
a collaborating agency attach these documents first.
Funders are often very specific with regard to attachments.
Many except only the attachments they list.
If the founding sources guidelines indicate that the funder
accepts no attachments or that submitting
any material beside the grant application results
in the application not being reviewed, leave them out.
A matter of significance as confidentiality of some information you provide as long
as work performed under founded grant can lead
to innovation and associated intellectual property.
Care should be taken in the preparation of grant proposals to avoid
unwanted or unnecessary public disclosure
as an invention is not patentable in the majority of countries,
if it has been described in the printed publication or otherwise known to
the public more than one year or even
less prior to the filing data of the patent application.
It is recommended that all of the partners in the project outside of
the University enter into a confidential disclosure agreements,
besides if possible avoid
direct predictions as to the research results and try not to fully
describe any existent acknowledges by leaving out
details or providing insufficient information about one or more essential steps.
To avail yourself as certain exceptions to agency disclosure of grant documents,
you can submit propriety information in
a separate section and include as a header on each page the following words,
"Confidential and Proprietary Business Information" it is also
highly recommended to request confidential treatment in the cover letter of the proposal.
For example, "The accompanying grant proposal contains
information which is or may become the subject of a patent application.
Disclosure of this document and the information it
contains may cause substantial harm to future commercial efforts.
Accordingly, we request the confidential information
contained in the proposal to be exempt from disclosure.".
