A helpful and insightful course which provides the student with a number of effective tools to improve their power and influence in the workplace.

Coursera helped me more and more to develop my knowledge and I am happy to be a member of Coursera :)

Content is very good. Videos can be made a little more animated & visually engaging.

I had an interesting experiment and realized some important moments. Thanks!

good but basic, not ideal for professionals

great course, but a review of the quizes and stats needs to happen. Two of the four sections gave a prompt hat mor ethan the majority of the sutdent popution didn't pass the quiz. That tells me tharere is an issue with the quiz. Specifally week two, I took it enough times to try every answero nce, and try what I thought the correct answer (C) for question one and there is no right answer. At some point someone needs to dust this tried and true coure off an take a look at what is happening and get some more recent studies to back up findings or counter them as the landscape has changed. Een if more recetn studies back up the fidings of the older studies, that is fine. It is now releant. The studies shown lacked demographic diversity as well.

What I did not like is - first in the course it is explained how to influence others and in the end of the course it is explained what to be done so not to get influenced by others. That means others will do the same when you are trying to influence.

Nevertheless, I liked few points from videos in week 2 & 3.

Demasiado lento y desactualizado ya que el material es de 2015. Intenté cancelarlo pero no me deja hacerlo. No he podido contactar a alguien en persona para hacerlo ya que no quiero que me vayan a hacer cargos a mi forma de pago.
