About this Guided Project

Learn step-by-step

In a video that plays in a split-screen with your work area, your instructor will walk you through these steps:

  1. By the end of Task 1, you will be able to start a new Java project and write a hello world program in Eclipse

  2. By the end of Task 2, you will be able to create a class, an object and extend a class from a super one in Java.

  3. By the end of Task 3, you will be able to import utilities from Java libraries and take inputs from users.

  4. By the end of Task 4, you will be able to create a large main method grouping all the classes and objects you created before to reach our final application.

  5. By the end of Task 5, you will be able to use loops and process the inputs you already have to reach the results and print them in the console.
