Fantastic introductory level course which covers the fundamentals of bother technical and customer support. Paced out well to be completed on schedule.

Very helpful introductory course teaching the fundamentals of technical support, preparing the student for a much deeper dive in the following courses.

Good introduction to the basics of IT. I believe the fundamentals are the most important part of the IT field, and mastering them are always a benefit.

The modules are in depth, but explained in a manner that can teach even someone who has very little experience with anything IT related can understand.

I really enjoyed this course. It was a great introduction for persons new to IT. I was familiar with many of the concepts but it was a great refresher.

Very good program. I would have liked a little of more experience in networking, but it did a really good job explaining hardware and their processes.
