This course has the power enough to change the course of your life. It can be a journey from misery to well being, if you follow the instructions given in this program. A must must must attend course.

Great fun way of learning about personal thought processing, attitudes and well-being.

Very helpful course to get me to assess my life and how to make the changes I needed to improve my well-being.

I learned to look at happiness in a new way. Rather than looking for material things to bring me happiness, I starting being more mindful of what really made me happy such as kindness and savoring the wonderful things around me.

This course is beneficial for all regardless o age, demographic, ethnicity, etc. As with any course, you get out of it what you put into it, but the information is fascinating, the content is practical and the value is immense.

I learned so many theory and more important, I learded many useful tools to increase my happiness in my daily life, such as WOOP, build a good habit with situation support, etc. This was my first coursera course and I loved it!

Was reccomended to me by the YouTuber Hamza. A lot of the information I know most of us self-improvement video watchers knew already on YouTube. But this was a huge step in giving me the tools to implement happiness in my life.
