Great fun way of learning about personal thought processing, attitudes and well-being.

Very helpful course to get me to assess my life and how to make the changes I needed to improve my well-being.

Extremely great course to take. I have recommend some strategies, researches and techniques to some of my personal friends. They have been trying it, and its been working well for them! This has also boosted my happiness scores, and i've finally found my true passion and knowing what i really want in life. Truly life changing.

This course was very insightful. I loved the science behind it. The professor kept the information interesting. I sincerely enjoyed this class! At first, I didn't believe what was being said (i.e. more money doesn't equal happiness, brand new mansion wouldn't make you happy, etc.), but about halfway thru the course, it all started to make sense. If you want to gain some new insights into the Science of Well-Being, then you should take this class because it is very insightful when it comes to exploring new ways at looking at your life, and it will also challenge you with rewirement challenge's to help broaden your outlook on life.

This course is so nice and interesting! you really understand many psycology things that help your own life when you put it into practice. Sublime is how I would describe this course. It's definitely on par with Learning How to Learn in terms of quality as a MOOC, and worth taking. Surely, your life won't change magically, but if you stick to what you learn from here, I believe the benefits will compound over time and help you become more content with yourself.

Amazing course! I didn't want it to end which is why I am now overdue as I don't want to say goodbye! The tutor - Laurie Santos - is AMAZING! She explains the topics clearly and in a really approachable and interesting manner. I have recommended this course to friends and family. I cannot speak highly enough of this course :)

I think it should be taught in every high school. Some students may not go to university,

Also I feel the professor should write a unique kind of book that includes the background of the course (her story), life at Yale and students, the stories of the other resource people, the course itself and journal. to be sold globally,

I know I will have to circle back every so often to remind myself of the simple things I learned from this course. The timing couldn't have been better for me to take the time to do this. I enjoyed the course immensely. It taught me to look at what actually makes a person happy as opposed to what we think will make us happy. The ideas behind WOOP can work in a variety of ways and I believe that this course gave me helpful tools to cope with the stresses of life. Kudos to Dr. Laura Santos for a job well done

This is such a wonderful course! The instructor is so engaging and shares a lot of data on positive psychology. I found myself taking notes pretty vigorously as there were so many interesting pieces. It's very practical and helps you to build some really wonderful habits in your daily life. I would highly recommend taking it.

I liked the course because I learned things I did not know about myself and human nature in general. The discussion is backed up by a lot of studies and it is quite interesting. But as we learned, knowing is not half the battle. Practice is what make the changes permanent. It was a fun course with a great teacher. Thank you!

You will love everything about this course! It's mentally stimulating, has a fantastic presenter (a professor of psychology at Yale), and is all round great. I couldn't wait to move on each of the next sections in the course.

I would love to see a longer version of the same or a similar course, made available online as well.

The freedom to be able to work whenever and wherever, but also have structure and a home base to get back to, is refreshing.
