Great fun way of learning about personal thought processing, attitudes and well-being.

Very helpful course to get me to assess my life and how to make the changes I needed to improve my well-being.

I have found over my 67 years that very few courses fit their description or course title. This course, however, does exactly what it says, and has just the right combination of science and personal insight by Dr. Santos.

I really love the scientific ways of bringing about happiness. Well presented and explained in methodical patterns that are easy to understand. Great course that teaches you to reprogram your mindset and form a new habit.
