Thank you for playing music right now.
[LAUGH] It's very soothing to my soul.
One of the ways that I went through my healing process, through.
[MUSIC]
Through the grief that I was going through at that time because I have some dear
friends that play the guitar and sing, like Nina also sings really beautifully.
And we would have fire rituals around the fire in my backyard and
people would play songs and they would sing songs.
And I would just cry and weep, and sob.
[LAUGH] It just created a space to art, to music,
just creates a space for me to honor being a human being and
all the emotions that come along with that.
So I want to invite Nina right now
to sing [LAUGH] whatever is in your
heart to sing right now [LAUGH].
>> Here we are in the park, hanging with my friend.
[LAUGH] I love you Amy,
you light my soul.

[LAUGH]
>> My friends and I have this song, and
it's one of our favorite songs.
It's called the, We Are Here Now [LAUGH].
>> [LAUGH] >> Song and
it really reminds me of what you just acknowledged, just being here now.
So, it's a really easy song and I'll share with you how to begin it and
then I invite you, who is ever watching this video right now.
To also sing the song for whatever is happening for you in your moment,
because it's really just about the moment you're in.
And so, it's a very easy tune, it's just, we are here now,
[LAUGH] so it's, we are here now, in this friendship.
At this park, with this tree.
[LAUGH] And this painting.
>> [LAUGH] >> I feel humbled.
>> [LAUGH] >> [LAUGH] I judge my voice.
[LAUGH] I forgive my judgments.
I have compassion.
