Find where the line crosses the axes, and then draw a straight line through those points.

y-axis: x = 0 ⇒ y = 1. It crosses the y-axis at (0,1).

x-axis: y = 0 ⇒ (2/3)x = -1

x = -3/2

It crosses the x-axis at (-3/2,0)
