All right welcome back. And I just want to remind you that the same rules apply as last time. So, if you don't want to do this task anymore, if you want to stop it at any time or take a break, that's definitely your right as a participant. And just remember that we're not testing you, we're trying to figure out what kinds of sore or confusing spots there are with this technology. So if something's confusing, don't feel bad about it. That's exactly what we're trying to find out through this process. >> Okay. >> So, now we have a new scenario for you. I just changed the two words to make it more relevant. So could you read this for us? >> Okay. Your friend, Daniel just got a job as a new professor, and you want to buy him a gift. He's mentioned that he doesn't have a remote for doing PowerPoint presentations. So you'd like to find one for him. Shop at Amazon.com to see if you can select one. Criteria include, less than $50, controls PowerPoint, wireless, laser pointer if possible and the best one you can find. >> And so for this task we really want to see the process which that she used to look through the page. So we're going to be using an eye tracker during this. Now we don't need you to actually think a aloud during these tasks since we'll be getting all that information from where your eyes are looking. But we do want you to let us know when you think you're done, when you think you've found the laser pointer that you want to get for him. >> Okay. >> Do you have any questions for me before you start? >> No. >> All right. >> Okay I think I found this one, because it looks like it fits all their criteria here. >> Wow, you did such a good job and you were so fast, that actually, we'd like you to maybe try two other alternatives. See if you can compare two other alternatives with this one. But you're right, this does meet all the criteria, and it took you a reasonably short time. I'm very impressed. >> So, I don't see anything about PowerPoint on this one. Let's see. Maybe I'll try this one. That's not on Amazon though, so I'll go back. So this one says it's wireless, and I see PowerPoint, under $50. So, this would be another option. And it looks like this one also fits all the criteria too. So this would be my third option that I could choose. >> Excellent, thank you. It looks like you have a lot of good options now. So what was that experience like for you? >> I found it pretty easy to find one that fit all the criteria. I just typed in remote for PowerPoint, and based on the names of the product it told me whether or not it was wireless, or if it was used for PowerPoint or not. So, it was pretty easy to navigate. >> Very cool. How did you decide on the particular search terms that you used? >> I decided to search for remote for PowerPoint because I knew I could easily filter price. I wasn't sure I would be able to filter whether or not it could be used for a PowerPoint, so that seemed like the most fitting title. >> Okay, cool. And would you actually use Amazon.com if you were doing a task like this? >> I would, yeah. I like Amazon a lot. >> Any comments that you have for the website's creators? >> Not that I can think of. It seemed pretty user-friendly, so I don't have any feedback. >> Well, it's great to hear. Thank you so much for your time. >> Yeah.
