In this final lecture, a very short lecture, I just want to take a moment to recap what we've been exploring. And what we mean by purpose driven leadership. Again, your personal purpose is a statement of why you exist. The difference you want to make in the world through your work and other activities. And the overarching goal that fills you with determination, meaning, and commitment. I hope you've seen the power of purpose through the different lectures and the videos that I've shared in this module. We've talked about different steps in the process of becoming a purpose driven leader. We emphasized cultivating your purpose and I emphasized, it's not always easy to articulate your purpose, it takes reflection. Testing your assumptions. Do you understand the problem you are trying to solve? It turns out it's pretty easy to get it wrong and we really want to get it right. Finding the win-win. It's a challenge, but it can be really powerful when you're able to achieve both profit and purpose. Bringing it home to your organization, how your personal behavior, your culture, and your accountability mechanisms make your purpose real to the organization and engage everyone in the organization in pursuing that purpose. And finally, we talked about the importance of evaluating, revising and renewing, that we need to evaluate our impact to know if we're actually achieving the purpose that we hope. So I hope this has been useful for you. I really appreciate your interest in purpose driven leadership. I hope you're able to cultivate your purpose, to lead with purpose, and ultimately to have the impact that you want in the world and the personal fulfillment that you'll have in pursuing that purpose. So good luck, and thanks.
