  • The four main MOOCs each last three weeks. Because Capstones are only offered 3-4 times a year, the Capstone Project course will last for four weeks to allow participants extra time to plan and submit their projects.

  • It is for professionals at all levels of an organization who want to significantly improve their abilities to understand audiences and develop strategic words, pictures, graphics, and videos to convey their organization’s most important goals.

  • You are not required to take the courses in order, but it is recommended as subsequent topics will build on one another. All four courses must be completed before enrolling in the Capstone.

  • Yes, a Course Certificate earned before February 2016 for Engaging Audiences for your Organization counts as course credit for Engaging Audiences for your Organization and Managing Content. A Course Certificate earned before February 2016 for Expanding your Content’s Impact and Reach counts as course credit for Expanding your Content’s Impact and Reach and Ensuring Your Content’s Impact.

  • Yes, if you pre-paid for the entire Specialization, you’ll continue to have access to the entire Specialization for one year after your payment date. If you were paying course by course, then you will keep your Course Certificates from previous payments. You will need to purchase courses you have not yet paid for but are still interested in pursuing.

  • A voucher for Engaging Audiences for your Organization can be redeemed for both Engaging Audiences for your Organization and Managing Content. A voucher for Expanding your Content’s Impact and Reach can be redeemed for both Expanding your Content’s Impact and Reach and Ensuring Your Content’s Impact.
