Using the AWS Managed Services (AMS) Connector application, you can perform common AMS tasks directly in your organization's ServiceNow platform. This helps centralize all of your existing IT service management (ITSM) tasks into a single pane of glass, or dashboard. As a ServiceNow user, this means you no longer need to log in to the AMS console to submit an incident, submit a Request for Change (RFC), or make a service request to the AMS operations team.

The course may not offer an audit option. You can try a Free Trial instead, or apply for Financial Aid.
The course may offer 'Full Course, No Certificate' instead. This option lets you see all course materials, submit required assessments, and get a final grade. This also means that you will not be able to purchase a Certificate experience.
