Great content! Well paced. Videos and readings are helpful. The class concludes with a 4 week challenge designed to make a lasting impact, which I found very insightful. I highly recommend this class.

I have taken a dozen courses online. This is the most challenging and fulfilling course I have taken so far. And I believe that the course shall be beneficial to all people in different walks of life.

Great course and enthusiastic instructor.

I also listened to the whole series of the her podcasts on Spotify. A lot of tips presented during the course and the podcasts can be applied in every day life in order to live a healthy and happy life.

I found this course to be helpful and informative. Of course, as the instructor states, the challenge is in creating and maintaining the habits. Nevertheless, understanding why I feel the way I feel and how I can impact it was very empowering.

I know it is cliche but this course was life-changing. I was able to learn about myself and the world. I am now able to understand what happiness is, my misconceptions, and how to authentically enjoy life! Way to knock it out of the park Yale!

This was a great course, I think everyone should experience it. I want to go through it again, and again. Professor Santos was engaging and informative. The materials were well researched and impactful and the lessons were not complex at all.

This course has changed my personality in a great deal. I absolutely recommend it for everybody, especially for teenagers since the knowledge this course is providing is worthless and could significantly increase future wellbeing of the kids.
