This course helped me think of news ways to think and new ways to reach certain goals that I would have not thought about. It's kind of long but I was interested and completed the course feeling good.

This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This course is excellent for anyone looking to improve their overall happiness and well being. Professor Santos does an amazing job at helping you become more mindful and intentional about small everyday things, such as sleep and exercise.

Great intro the psychology around well being and happiness. Learning how to change the way we think and approach certain things differently. Learning more about what really makes us happy and how it isnt necessarily the things we expect.

Easy to access. Interesting material. Very useful. I have studied positive psychology and mindfulness for years and used them in my work as well. So, I was a bit skeptic whether this course would benefit me. But it did. Highly recommend!
