Great content! Well paced. Videos and readings are helpful. The class concludes with a 4 week challenge designed to make a lasting impact, which I found very insightful. I highly recommend this class.

I have taken a dozen courses online. This is the most challenging and fulfilling course I have taken so far. And I believe that the course shall be beneficial to all people in different walks of life.

This was an excellent course, I'm so glad I took it. I am happy to have completed it, but am a little sorry it is over. It was great to learn practical ways to increase well-being. It absolutely worked, and during a global pandemic. What a gift! I encourage others to join future sessions.THANKS

I absolutely loved this course!! My level of happiness significantly increased and I feel peaceful, something I haven't felt for quite a while. I tried another course on happiness and it just doesn't compare to this one. Thank you for offering this to us at such a critical and unsure time in life!

Overall it was good. It was also challenging. You CAN increase your own happiness, but you must work for it! Data from scientific studies presented is plentiful and compelling. Thanks to this class I've been successful in establishing a new habit of daily meditation, and plan to continue it!

This is an excellent course for the introduction to the science of well-being. The lectures are well presented, well researched and engaging. I have seen an improvement in my well-being and happiness over the ten weeks and have learned some invaluable skills to continue on my way. Highly recommend

Taking this course is not going to give you a silver bullet to happiness, or magically make you happier. What it will do is expose you to what is truly meaningful for a happy life and scientifically proven practices that, if you implement them and put in the work, can help you lead a happier life.

I am definitely not educated to Yale standard and was nervous to do a course that involved the like. I have to say that the course was done in a way where i felt confident and safe to learn and that I did. I have learnt skills that I aim to build further into my life as the days go on. thank you

It was a really interesting and well structured course. It does give some helpful real life tips how to increase your overall well-being. I was quite surprised to find out some of the things I thought are straight forward to be different. Great experience with the course and I highly recommend it.

I loved this course. So much insight and at the same time logical. It actually surprised me how much more of a motivating factor it was in my changing my habits and mindset for the better. This should be a mandatory class in all schools. We'd save ourselves a lot of frustration and heartache!

A very good course to take any time- especially at the times of Corona lockdown. Engaging enough, entertaining enough, but with very good insights on how to be a happier person. Backup information and materials used were all very resourceful and relevant, spaced well to keep the interest going.

Really great course content! It was also very easy to fit into my free time. This course doesn't require a lot of time from you, but it requires effort if you want to reap the benefit of the course. Super helpful in identifying why we aren't as happy as we want to be and what we can do to fix it!

This course was referred to me at exactly the right time in my life. Having gone through some heavy things nearly exactly last year, it helped me really dig down and pull out new lenses to examine life through. I would even do that again in the future to revisit these ideas of finding well-being.

I picked a couple of rewirements, gratitude and meditation. During Covid times, I feel like I’m doing better than most people I know. I’m not in a rush to get back out and be exposed to CV19 and I am also not diving into the end of a wine bottle. This class is one everybody should take right now.

I do not care who you or what you do, It truly does not matter what walk of life you come from. This course can benefit anyone. It's a great way to see the world from a different perspective. It did not just feel like another class and another grade. This is something I can take with me forever.

The course teaches some theories, and the best one is, it gives some experiments and statistics to justify the theories and let students have better understandings. It is a well-organized, delicate, wonderful course, I'm so excited I really get help through it. Thanks for all the teaching staff.

This was a really good course. Not something I would've chosen normally but I was trying to impress a girl etc. Very interesting content and it was broken down well and paced nicely. The essay at the end was nothing to worry about and you are gently lead through it and it's finished in no time.

I loved this course! Professor Santos lectures are succinct and interesting. I learned a lot of things I can APPLY to my life that will improve my overall well-being. I just wish some of the weeks/lectures were longer cause there's not much material after week 5. I recommend taking this course.
