In this course, you are introduced by couple of great tools which help you to hear from social media as much and deep as possible. highly recommended

Wonderful course !!! learnt a lot about social tools and how to use them !!

You should be more clear about the tools, add by writing how to use them, very clear and step by step because they are not familiar at all. They are so many and we need a guide. The videos are confused.

I just can say WOW with all these tools, you don't realize all the information you can get, and all what you can learn
