This course is great for beginners who are curious about computers, the internet and how both work. This course goes over the essential basics needed to step into the world of computer technology.

Simply put, the Technical Support Fundamentals course is a very good beginner course for new and existing computer enthusiasts who want to further hone their skills in general computer knowledge.
